Vacation Rentals Public Hearing 10/13/08
The Board of County Commissioners will
meet on Monday, October 13, 2008, at 4:00 pm to consider text amendments
to the Land Use Code concerning short-term vacation rentals. This will
be a public hearing - you are invited to attend and speak directly to
the Commissioners regarding this proposal. The meeting will be in the
Commissioner's Hearing Room which is located on the 3rd floor of the old
courthouse building in downtown Boulder (1325 Pearl Street).
The DRAFT staff report is attached for your information and review. This
is the staff report only - attachments and backup materials have not
been included at this time. You'll notice that nearly all of the
attachments referred to in the report are called "Attachment X" are are
highlighted yellow - this is simply a placeholder. I have not yet
identified all of the attachments and their order in the document. You
are welcome to submit written comments on the draft. I will need your
comments no later than noon on Monday, October 6 in order to include
them with the staff report. Once the draft is finalized, comments have
been received, and attachments have been properly labeled, I will send
the final document to you again.
